Our services adjust to meet the changing needs of students, teachers, schools, and administrators to improve teaching. Educators Consulting Services is constantly pursuing, anticipating, and preparing support and supplemental services for schools where they need it most-- in the classroom. SUPPLEMENT EDUCATION SERVICES (SES) TUTORING
Under the NCLB Act, students from low-income families in schools that fail to meet state standards for at least two years are eligible to receive supplemental educational services-including free tutoring. The Arkansas Department of Education provides annual report cards for schools. Schools that are rated “Academic Distress” can offer parents the option of receiving SES Tutoring at no charge. The schools determine which students within the school are eligible to participate in this program.
ECS provides tutoring for Grades K-11 in the SES program for reading, math, and science.
Academic Tutoring Program
This Program offers free tutoring services to eligible students in grades k through 8, in the core subjects of Reading/Language Arts and Math. It is designed to reinforce what children are learning in school through rigorous and continual practice of language and reading skills and math skills, while building interpersonal skills in a caring, nurturing environment. We are committed to working with the student, their parents and teachers to achieve extraordinary success during the time the student is in our care and matriculating through our program.
